Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 days. We paint each house to order and it must be allowed to dry completely before shipment. We can generally ship within 15 Business Days (3 weeks) of the order. If your purchase is a present and/or you need expidited delivery please contact us to verify we will be able to ship in time.  In the event of a significant delay we will attempt to contact you at the email and or phone number provided with your order.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged please let us know within 5 days so we can notify the shipper. Please send a description of the damage with photos if possible to Orders@h4bats.org  We will make arrangements with the shipper to pickup the damaged product and provide you with replacement details.

Returns and Refunds

Unwanted goods

If you wish to return an item because you no longer want it you must notify us within 15 business days of receipt of the item. Email Orders@h4bats.org or call us at 770-500-2851. There will be a 15% return fee and the item must be returned in like new condition. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer.  You MUST contact us before returning any item or it will not be processed.



Defective goods

We work hard to build our bat houses as close to perfect as possible. It is normal for small defects to appear in plywood, small knots, surface gaps etc... These are considered normal and do not constitute a defect. If your bat houses does have a defect we will gladly do what it takes to make it right. This does NOT apply to "seconds" bat houses which are certified sound but may have cosmetic or capacity reducing defects. If you feel your bat house has a defect please email Orders@h4bats.org or call us at 770-500-2851 within 30 days of receiving your bat house for instructions.
