Take some time with the kids or on your own and you'll have a bat house exactly the color and finish you want!
This is the same 3 chamber bat house we sell fully finished. It comes caulked and ready to paint. Mounting cleat and deco bat are included. Painting guidelines and suggestions are included.
The unfinished house does not include shingles. Shingles are not required to meet BCI certification so long as the roof surface is painted well. If you do want shingles the finishing information included has details.
