Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 days and we ship our bat houses via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery services. We try to ship as quickly as possible and generally do so within 15 business days. We try to stay ahead of orders but the months of September through December can be hectic. Remember, we have to paint each house and allow it to fully dry before shipping. In the event of a significant delay we will attempt to contact you. If delivery date is critical please contact us.

If an item arrives damaged please let us know ASAP so we can notify the shipper.

Returns and Refunds

We believe you should be completely satisfied with your purchase and will make every effort to make things right.

Unwanted goods
If you wish to return an item because you no longer want it you must notify us within 15 business days of receipt of the item. Contact information is included with the items or you can click here to send us an email or use our contact information from our website to give us a call. There will be a 15% return fee and in every case the item must be returned to us at your expense in like new condition. You MUST contact us before returning any item.

Defective goods
We work hard to build our bat houses as close to perfect as possible. It is normal for small defects to appear in plywood, small knots, surface gaps etc... These are considered normal and do not constitute a defect. However, if you believe one of our bat houses does have a defect we will gladly do what it takes to make it right. We have no desire or need to ship defective or substandard bat houses. This does NOT apply to factory second bat houses which are certified sound but may have cosmetic or capacity reducing defects as explained in the description for each. If you feel your bat house has a defect please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your bat house for instructions.
